First Impression
Holding the speaker in your hands for the first time, you will immediately notice a unique and awesome feel to it. Covered in a woven mesh-like material and built with a solid, rugged feel, you knew you are in for a treat.
There’s a sealed rubber flap that flips open to expose the aux-in port, micro sd card slot, micro USB charging port and a small reset hole. Most notably, you’ll notice two passive bass radiators on each end. These are one of
our favorite inclusions as seem to really make a difference in the overall listening experience. More on this in the “sound” section below.
Sound
With the integration of dual acoustic drivers and passive bass radiators, mids, highs and lows were all a pleasure to your ears. Crystal-clear sound is all that you will hear. Never will you hear a blip of distortion – even when
the volume is cranked up to its maximum. Rap, rock, hip-hop, country and even classical music sounded fantastic. The lyrics never seems to become overshadowed by overwhelming bass as there seemed to be a perfect
balance between high-end harmonies and thundering lows.
True Wireless Stereo
The “TWS” button also known as “true wireless stereo”, it lets you sync two M400 speakers together. What this does is mimic the effect of an actual stereo system by delivering dual-channel (right and left) audio. In the
right situation, this could make a realistic difference.
Durability & Longer Playtime
Sbode takes an extra step on making sure that the M400 Bluetooth speaker could handle the outdoors without any issues. That is IPX6 rating water-resistant. An IPX6 rating means that the speaker has been thoroughly and
specifically tested to withstand both water and dust, but isn’t safe to be submerged into water. In other words, you can take it out in the dirt, rain and wind. Providing 8 hours playing time and only takes 3 hours to be fully recharged.

I love the TWS function that can utilize two speakers to play music at the same time.
The setup was really easy. Press the TWS button on one of the speaker then press the same button on the another one. It only takes a couple seconds to finish the process. The left and right channel is indicated by different LED colors on the two speakers.
New Android flag phones like Galaxy S8 also supports dual bluetooth speakers, but it did not work as well as the Sbode which has zero lag between two speakers.
The sound effect is so much better with two speakers. The sound field is much wider and if the audio file is high definition, you can easily locate the different music instruments.
The battery last quite long. One charge can last a week based on my usage.
The speaker also have some uncommon features in bluetooth speakers like FM radio and play music from memory card. I may not need to use them frequently but it is good to have.

I purchased this speaker because it was waterproof and I use my speakers outside a lot. This speaker has good sound for the price. I used it while sanding my deck and was able to hear it clearly over the sound of a power sander. I have used it for about 3 hours now and haven’t gotten any low battery indicator. It has controls right on the speaker so you don’t need your phone close to you could just use speaker. It has survived a water gun fight with my daughter. I would recommend this product. Do I wish that I could afford a couple of expensive Bose wireless speakers? Of course, but I cannot! For the cost of this single speaker I am more than pleased. I have “played” with the Sbode all afternoon, checking out all of the fun things it can do. For me, the sound was OK, though I did not think that it was as great as some of the reviews indicate. In the past I have had good results with a music player that has an equalizer so I decided to download a new music player for my Macbook Pro. I chose a player with a 5 star review from the Mac app store, can’t beat $12.99 for the Boom 3D. The possibilities for sound improvement with the equalizer makes all the difference in the world and therefore truly enhances this little Sbode speaker. I must give credit to the speaker itself because an equalizer wouldn’t do much if the speaker itself is not really good quality, as is the Sbode M400. I will be tempted to purchase a second speaker and pair the two for stereo effect. For a very reasonable investment, I now have a really nice wireless speaker.

Where do I start? Holy Moley is this Bluetooth speaker worth your money. After I read some of the reviews I decided to buy two Sbode M-400’s. I have Prime, so they came right away. I’m floored right out of the boxes. I highly recommend you buy two as well, because these speakers are as great as the recommendations say they are. I have a 32 gig iPod Touch and I paired the speakers with the iPod in under a minute. And the True Stereo function is really cool, and yes it does sound great. If your looking for eardrum busters these aren’t your speakers. They do play at a pretty good volume, but what they lack in power they make up for in sound. I’m a former FM Radio DJ and I am a music junkie. I’m picky about sound, actually REALLY picky. The M-400’s sound amazing! (I also very highly recommend that you play with the different sound preferences on your iPod. I use flat sound, rock and treble booster myself.) No matter what genre of music you listen to. The controls are very easy to use, and the construction of the tube style speaker is top notch. Haven’t experienced any water situations with it yet, but I imagine just as advertised, it’ll perform. Seriously, it comes down to sound and portability, and the Sbode M-400’s have both in spades. And the passive bass radiators are pretty bad ass too. Just buy ’em, you’ll love ’em.

This speaker is a good solution if you’re looking for a portable wireless speaker. It gathers many features that are available in different speakers into one device, and seems to do everything OK.
Here is a list of the features this speaker offers:
• Play audio wirelessly (using 4.1 version Bluetooth) or using a 3.5 mm wire connection.
• Make hands free phone calls – my impression is that the speaker works well for this purpose, and the closer you stand to the speaker, the better people will hear you.
• It can broadcast radio (FM stations, automatic search, no display for the current radio station). The radio signals reception was good, and I managed to listen to the common radio stations in my area with not disruptions.
• It can play audio straight from a memory card (Micro-SD card, that according to the user manual is limited up to 32 GB, but I managed to use a 64 GB memory card). The media player supports several types of files, including: mp3, wma, ape, flac. The memory card mode will be available only if a Micro-SD card is inserted to the
