I bought this hub for my Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Tablet, which has a single USB 3.0B and a single USB 3.1c port. Given I need a B port for my Logitech mouse sensor, and another for my Asus USB monitor, I decided to look into an all in one solution. USB B ports, video, and Power Delivery from the USB 3.1c port. This hub does all I needed perfectly! I see no lag at all from the USB monitor or mouse, and power delivery is just as fast as if I had only a power cable attached.
I dinged it one star because it does get pretty darned hot. I assume that’s why the body is aluminum, for heat dissipation, but be forewarned, let it cool off a bit after prolonged use, especially if you are using it for power delivery. I would also like it if the cable were a bit longer or didn’t stick out quite so much. The connection between cable and hub is very well reinforced, however, so I don’t expect it to fail quickly. I find that I actually keep it in the original tray and box when I throw it in my bag.

I just tested this thing out, and it works really well. It feels really well made, and the sockets have a firm and satisfying feel when I plug into them. The device really feels solid all the way around. Great for slide shows, etc. I plugged it in to my monitor, and it was ready to go right out of the box with no setup.

I tested this nicely made, gold colored aluminum USB-C hub, out on both my cellphone and desktop computer. This was the best $20.00 that I have ever spent!
It works great. By plugging it into the USB-C PORT of your computer, it gives you back the taken USB-C port, 2 regular USB ports, and an HDMI PORT. I was able to test out a USB mouse receiver and a USB thumb drive, when the hub was plugged into my desktop PC that has a USB-C port. Using the Trianium hub on my cellphone (that has a USB-C charging port) – allows me to plug in various USB thumb drives into it – to either transfer data to or from the phone, via the thumb drives connected to the hub.
Pros: small, nicely crafted, and works with PC, Apple products with USB C, and any cell phone with USB C. Low price.

Nice quality, works like described – no issues found at all. Data and charging works fine. Using it primarily with a MacBook on USC-C. Also used it successfully on a Dell Windows computer via a USB-A to USB-C adapter since I have to travel for work with the Windows world…

I was looking for a hub for my Macbook Pro and this one is perfect! It feels very solid and looks beautiful. Very sleek and it matches the Macbook Pro’s aluminum body very well.
I keep this in my work bag. It is small but it surprisingly has 2 USB 3.0 ports, 1 USB-C port, and 1 HDMI port. Perfect for light use, usual mobile use, or traveling.
It works as expected and I haven’t had any issues with it. Excellent!
