Sounds & works great. I bought smaller version also & when my daughter heard me test driving the speakers, she laid claim to this one. According to her, this one has more treble. Since I don’t have HD ears, the mini boom box works for me. They feel like they are bomb proof. Add the price point & you can’t beat them. Has 18mos warranty & it appears AYL is committed to backing it up.

This is a great compact speaker! Its small in size, but its louder than I expected. We had a small get together, the tv was on people talking and we could hear the music clear and good. The product itself feels very sturdy and it made very well. Connecting with bluetooth is super easy and it still plays while being charged. My only advice is if you want to switch phones to disconnect the first device and you will hear it play a sound then make the connection to the second device. And if your music stops playing a quick reboot of your phone will do the trick. I’m very happy with this purchase.
