This came in a package from Wish not from Amazon. There was no adapter included, thankfully I have many laying around and plugged it up. It does charge when you first lay it on but stops after a few minutes. I left it on the pad all night, I woke up with my phone on 14%, it was on 9% when I placed it on charging pad
